She worked very well with our our young daughter who is 7 years old. Dr. ito also provided us with the process of investigating hearing loss in a child, so we would know what to expect in the series of tests required. We found her kind, professional attitude helped us embrace our daughter's need for an hearing aid or fm system. it really can be a shock to the parents. thank you Dr. Ito.
