They seemed like they were extremely irritated to be at work, and that they couldn't wait for me to leave. They didn't seem to want to help anyone. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They definitely don't have a good professional reputation within my community. Everyone knows they're not trustworthy at all. The staff was rude and the doctor was a jerk. I asked to see where they would be sending the results and Dr. Arnst shoved the paper in my face. They don't even deserve one star. They get that for the parking only. Don't waste your time on them.

I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored.
