Dr. Bochner was very informative and his calm demeanor definitly helped me relax, calm down and think through all my questions. I was in excrutiating pain when I saw him. He took the time to listen to my descriptions of pain (how can you objectively describe it to anyone!). He gave me a complete, concise answers, next steps and always asked if I had any more questions. I do wish that he was a bit more forthcoming on how painful recovery is! He downplayed it totally. I had a torn miniscus. I rather go through a C-section than another knee surgery!

They didn't listen to anything I had to say! Whenever I tried to get a word in, they either interrupted me or cut me off before I could finish. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. It seemed like they were trying to rush my appointment and were annoyed to be helping me. It was obvious that they wanted to be somewhere else. After waiting over 45 minutes, the dr. came in and began to ask questions. He never let me finish. When it was time for my x-rays, the office was DARK and empty. The x-ray tech called her husband because we were there late. Upon reviewing my x-rays, he just said nothing is wrong. No MRI, nothing. He gave me a PT script and it was things I have done in the past that other dr. said HURT ME!!! I would not tell anyone to see him, especially if you are in your 20-30s.
