Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. Dr. Havener was relaxed and made me feel at ease during our appointment. I felt I could really talk to him and take my time to understand my condition. Great, knowledgable Doctor
