First off ease of getting appointment is difficult. Once you get an appointment, and you show up on time, expect to wait any where from 30 minutes to an hour and half. Now then Mr. Castello, when first met seemed understanding and genuine(cant believe someone who is suppose to help you lies to you), second visit completely different, 3rd visit short and no help at all. After reviewing his notes on my file I can see he definitely did not take time to listen, understand or care to help. Pro-insurance, versus putting the patient first and truly trying to help his patient. I would not recommend him to any one ever! Waste of time!

I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan.
