This was a 2nd opinion visit. The first ortho surgeon I visited refused to do a knee replacement because I was overweight. Dr. Hunnicutt relized the pain I was in and said there was no way I could exercise to lose the weight without a knee replacement. He took the time with me and explained all options besides surgery (which I had already done through the first surgeon). When surgery was decided upon, both my husband and I were walked through the entire surgery and saw the actual implant. The office staff is wonderful and ready to help. Dr. Hunnicutt was attentive to my needs and more than willing to help. I'm scheduled for surgery and can't wait to be able to walk without pain again.
