I came in because I've been having problems with my knee. He took an Xray but didn't show us the xray and didn't explain what options were available for treatment other than to say he was giving me a knee brace like that was our only choice. I was skeptical of how the knew brace could do any good because of the arthritis in my knees but didn't argue. The technician came in and had trouble getting the knee brace to fit because although it was tight is kept sliding down and off the knee. She didn't ask me how it fit or go to get advice from someone else on what to do, but just send me out of the office. I never wore the brace again since it didn't work. Useless going to this doctor. Staff was nice enough except for the technician who didn't know anything about the knee braces.
