I've been seeing Dr. Squillante for 2 years now and I'm getting ready to go through my 3rd surgery in a year with him. I've got a bad disc in my back that has been fixed 2 times and ruptured a 3. At my young age, it's a very scary and irritating situation. He's always been compassionate towards my situation and has always given me options besides surgery (which I tried all of them before doing surgery). I've read some really awful reviews about him from other people. To be honest, from what I'm gathering based off my experience and the comments of others, he doesn't waste his time on nonsense. If there's a sincere problem to be addressed he's more than willing to take the time to do so. However, he's not one to sit around and hold your hand because you have aches and pains. He's a no-nonsense kind of doctor which is exactly the way I'd prefer him to be. I've entrusted life in his hands and I will do it again. My first surgery I was back on my feet and to work full time in 2.5 weeks! My issues have nothing to do with ineptness of him and everything to do with my body. He's a wonderful and intelligent doctor.
