Dr. Weidner treated me inpatient for a hip fracture that occurred from an accidental Tom Cruise move I made facing a steps & a dog gate challenge.
My surgery and recovery was a great success and the only thing keeping me out of work the 3rd week was my employer’s/insurance company’s red tape.
I look forward to having additional surgery for a knee issue that previously had unnecessary/not recognized surgery that was unsuccessful done by another doctor.

For two years I had to wait for my surgery. Over fifty times I had to contact the doctor's office. His employees never failed to treat me like the President or the richest man in the world. Any other doctor they sent me to and Grandview Hospital treated me just the same. The surgery took only 50 minute. I woke up clear as a bell in the operating room and knew it had gone well. I was able to walk with a walker I used not for support but only for balance just in case I had a problem. A week later I could walk around the block ten times a day, two weeks I could do level ten on a lifecycle, and I can do three hours in the gym hitting every machine three weeks later. I have many friends and relatives who had bad experiences with other doctors and all have now gone to Weidner with no complaints. I would say you would have to be stupid to go anywhere else.
