Filed a grievance with insurance company. My visit with Dr Leone was a 100% waste of time. He did nothing. No physical exam. Offered me nothing. All he said was he couldn’t help me. I didn’t understand his attitude. I was becoming angry so I thought it best to bite my tongue and say nothing. He spent 5 minutes total. He almost said nothing. Say there with his arm crossed staring at me waiting for me to ask questions I didn’t know to ask. He barely spoke. I have no idea if he was having a bad day or if this is his usual attitude. Won’t recommend. Won’t ever go back. All I can do besides give others a heads up.
