It is an orthopedic office in a basement my son was on crutches we went down about 15-20 steps filled out forms I had to go upstairs to pay came down then they made a chart only to be told he had to go back upstairs for xrays and come back down to be seen by doctor.Not acceptable when someone is on crutches with a splint for a possible sprained or torn ankle then had to wait over 45 min standing because there are like 15-20 chairs and over 40 people waiting to be seen so much for appointments when they also have walkin's then finally get in exam room to be seen for 3 minutes ordered MRI but they dont accept the in for the MRI so had to make appt somewhere else I call the dayfor results to have Dr call me because we were scheduled to go away and I would cancel trip if surgery needed and I would hope they would call and not make me wait a week for an appt if ligaments are torn ...I called the office 4 times Never called back so I had MRI faxed to pediatrician to be told he has 2 tears...Now we are going into the City for a real Doctor Girls in Valley stream very Rude on the phone

SATISFIED- Before reading what I have wrote I have gone to this doctor numerous times for both of my children. I was fully satisfied each visit with the doctor and office staff.
NOT SATISFIED- One of the office staff put me on hold for 35 minutes with no intention to try and support me. I have an autistic child and no I do not want anyone to kiss my feet or hers quite opposite. I have raised my daughter in a very strong manner to function in our society, though everyone needs help and accommodations sometimes. I do not expect everything to always go my daughter’s way, but when I am trying to explain how the Autism needs a little catering to just please let me explain and seem somewhat concerned or interested. Don’t dismiss it or me and put me on hold for 35 minutes come back and tell me no and that is your policy with never speaking to any doctor.( she told me she didn’t talk to a doctor) In the 35 minutes I was on hold I only needed 5 of those minutes to explain my daughter’s story and then someone could of said “I will talk to the doctor because I am not in the position to make that decision” I know they do not get calls like mine very often, how hard is it to ask or be asked. If then the answer is no, of course I would be disappointed. I would also respect how it was managed as well as the final answer. It’s not only what we are told it is also how we are told. I am a business owner dealing with formalities some with regulations that I can or won’t adjust depend upon individual circumstances. I can say with confidence before I make a decision I consider the person feelings. I won’t necessarily alter my business decision but I would choose an appropriate why to discuss it. I am not a person with no fault but I can sincerely say as for the years I share AUTISM AWARENESS I have truly learned and try to live
