They barely acknowledged me and rushed me in and out of the office. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. Every time I'm put on hold here I have to wait quite a while for them to get back to the call. Although I have had to wait longer at other places, I was still pretty unimpressed with their phone etiquette. I was pretty surprised with how far away this business was from everything. It took me forever to get there and I kept getting lost. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice.
