They were extremely late to all my appointments. I always had to wait over an hour for them to show up. They are almost always unavailable. It was difficult to get an ideal appointment time that fit my schedule. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. I was shocked when they dismissed my concerns as unimportant and told me I was just overreacting. I knew that my situation needed attention, and I couldn't believe that they wouldn't even look into it. They weren't very understanding or caring, and they didn't show empathy for my situation. I could tell I wasn't their primary concern.
