Their staff was not rude, but the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Over several weeks, they kept information from me that I needed, then told me I said I would call them and/or that they had called and left me a message. When I said that was not true, they checked and said that the person had, indeed, not called me after all. I felt there was nothing but confusion among the staff. I would not consider giving the staff a recommendation. I also felt the doctor hurried through my appointment and the previous endoscopy I had with him. I have some good things to say and some concerns about them. Overall, it's very difficult to find good health care anywhere, especially for older people.
