Very compassionate staff, office, and doctor!

I scheduled an appointment a month ago. They called me on Tuesday to cancel my Friday appointment saying that Dr Eglow has closed his practice to patients that have seen other GI doctors. I explained that they asked me that question when I called.... which at the time I indicated that I was at an appointment for 5 minutes with another GI doctor who scheduled a bunch of tests and never actually did anything. I did not take the tests. They then cancelled my appointment and offered me an appointment with another doctor. I can understand (to some degree) if they do not want to take on "second opinions" but this is clearly NOT the case here and they offered my no opportunity to explain. THe lady on the phone simply indicated that she was the messenger and my appointment had to be cancelled.
