One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. Everything they originally told me they would be able to do for me, they ended up not being able to do. I felt lied to. It was a little unnerving that they weren't able to answer the majority of my questions. I left feeling a bit confused and frustrated. They had a somewhat unfriendly attitude. I didn't really care for their personality. They were somewhat easy to reach in an emergency. They didn't answer the call at first, but did eventually call me back.
