Dr. Nagle is my grandmas doctor. She misdiagnosed her and she was suffering with pneumonia for days. It was only until my mother demanded that she do another X-ray that she found the pneumonia. She wasn't friendly or helpful and was actually flat out rude. My grandmother could have died had we not followed up with the doctor. She also only came to check on my grandma every 2 days and she was in the hospital for 9 days. We have found a new doctor that will properly care for their patients.

They briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said or stopped paying attention. They had a few different appointment times available but none were perfect for my schedule. It doesn't matter how many times I come here, they just cannot seem to remember my name and they make no effort to even try. I'd rather go to someone else who might actually appreciate my loyalty and business. I was disappointed that their staff didn't seem to respect them very much. They weren't disrespectful but I could tell they didn't have a very good relationship. If I were to compare them to other doctors I've seen, I would say they were one of the worst. I can't believe they can get away with that level of service and care.
