Whenever I make an appointment, I assume that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. Their waiting room chairs were not very comfortable to sit in while waiting to see the doctor in the W. Main office but very comfortable at the main office. Even though they are extremely popular, I've never had to wait a long time. They are an expert in the field. I doubt I would feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.

I could endure Dr. Slack's arrogant manner if his clinical treatment had not been so damaging. The short recommendation is to avoid this one at all costs.

An endodontist who slipped and drilled a hole through my sinus sent me to this man for evaluation. "Dr." Slack told me to use nasal decongestants continuously for weeks apparently unaware of the rebound effect that would require the intervention of an ENT. Once the congestion he caused settled down he pulled the tooth, a large molar, unnecessarily as I would learn many months later at the Mayo Clinic. The extraction created an even larger hole than before and with it a whole series of painful procedures were required.

Many months later I called "Dr." Slack seeking reassurance that he had learned, or was willing to learn, what he might have done better. He interrupted my first sentence and talked over my every effort to speak in what feels like unprofessional defensiveness. Be careful with this one. I recommend Dr. Gissal in the same practice who worked to repair some of the damage.
