Dr. William K. Blayock is a Board Certified Ophthalmologist specializing in aesthetic and reconstructive eyelid surgery, tearing problems, orbital diseases and surgery. After earning an engineering degree from Duke University and a medical degree from the Medical College of Virginia with honors, Dr. Blaylock completed his Ophthalmology Residency at the University of Illinois. He completed a fellowship in Oculoplastic and Orbital Surgery at West Virginia University and was, in fact, the first fellowship trained Oculoplastic and Reconstructive surgeon in southeastern Virginia. He has been practicing in HamptonRhoads since 1990, and has completed over 20,000 oculplastic procedures.
