They make no effort to make me feel special. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them. I didn't notice if they wore cologne. The office smelled nasty, like a dirty vacuum. They were rude, mean spirited, disrespectful, and insulting. I felt demeaned and was mortified by the way they treated me (office staff and doctor). I would never visit them again, but they need to send me the results of my tests. I was very disappointed; they talked over me. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and listen to me, talk to me, and then understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had just been through. They actually sent me home without my office visit because they didn't have my insurance numbers, despite talking to AmeriHealth and getting confirmation that I was covered. They also threw up to me that I was 15minutes late; I had called multiple times to tell them that I was stuck in the new after school traffic, with school busses; nobody ever answered the phone!! My blood pressure goes up over 200 under stress right now, and I really didn't this!!
