I'I went there today for a first appointment and I did this over lunch hour and told them I needed to get this done when I made the appointment. I got there 15 minutes early and waited 1/2 hr after my original appoint time to first get in (so we are up to 45 minutes waiting). When I got in , a assistant did some tests and then i waited another 1/2 hour and still hadn't seen the doctor. (Now a total of 1hr and 15 minutes).

I am a new patient and this was my first apointment - not a good impression. By the way, I walked out and still haven't heard from them. I wonder if they think I'm still sitting there ?????
