They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. They definitely promised me a few things that they weren't able to fulfill. Most of what they said was accurate, but not all. They weren't very understanding or caring, and they didn't show empathy for my situation. I could tell I wasn't their primary concern. They weren't horribly inexperienced, but I was hoping for someone with more experience. I wasn't sure they'd be able to help me.
