He is an amazing doctor and has changed the lives of so many. I would drive, fly or travel by sea to have him as my doctor again. To read so many wonderful reviews about such a caring doctor who truly listens AND cares about each patient and never treats you as a number or dollar sign. I was very lucky to have had him as my Rheumatologist who set the bar extremely high. He will be sorely missed.

Sadly Dr. Pickrell is no longer practicing in the area. I'd fly to Nova Scotia, OK, end of the earth to have him back as my Rheumatologist.
