I WAS REQUIRED TO PAY AHEAD OF TIME FOR SOME INSERTS. THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO ARRIVE IN THREE WEEKS. THEY NEVER WERE DELIVERED TO ME, AND I HAD TO CALL HER OFFICE TO FIND OUT WHY THE HAVE NOT ARRIVED. THEY NEVER HAD THE COURTESY OF CALLING ME TO INFORM ME OF THE DELAY.
In the end in requested a refund. Yet to be received.
