Staff very nice, treatment left my foot deformed

I have visited this office numerous times for a variety of treatments. Each time I am scheduled to see the doctor, the wait is at least 45 minutes. One visit I waited over an hour. Also, the surgery scheduler and the doctor do not appear to communicate. Because of upcoming travel plans I'd made and paid for, the doctor told me she wanted to schedule my surgery within 2 - 2 1/2 weeks. The surgery scheduler didn't call me for over a week--I had to call her-- and then said the doctor couldn't do the surgery for at least 6 weeks. This office is clearly overbooked and understaffed. Although the doctor's care is good, the office is so poorly run!!!
