I decided to take the time to write a review because I was very pleased with my experience at Dr. Kneebone's office. I felt like he really listened to what I was saying and asked me good questions. In doing so, he was able to identify some contributing factors to my problem that I hadn't even considered. I finally don't wake up to pain first thing in the morning and am back to doing the things I love. It is no wonder he was referred to me by a good friend (who had bunion surgery by him). He was pleasant to work with and is good at what he does!

Any good reviews probably came from staff and/or relatives because...
I went to this doctor because I had an extremely painful hard growth on top of my foot.
My initial negative reaction was when I walked into the office and saw the intake person at the window. I immediately wanted to leave… and I should have trusted my instinct.
Her appearance is not appropriate for a work setting anywhere. How she looks reflects on this doctor because if he allows her to greet and interact with his patients looking as she does, then it is difficult to have respect for him.

My remaining comments are these:
I asked him why my feet swell up to an extreme, but I received no help about why it’s happening or
what I can do about it.
I mentioned my ankles often get so sore I cannot stand or walk. Again, I received no help about why
it’s happening or what I can do about it.
“Dr.” Kneebone was assuming this was a bone spur and claimed there was nothing to do for it but keep
an eye on it.
No X-rays were taken to be sure whether it actually is a spur or a cyst or anything it else.
I was given two referrals for doctors who could treat my knees. When I looked up reviews for them,
they both have very bad reviews! One so bad that I would never step into his office, much less allow
him to touch my knees.
During Kneebone’s exam he handled the painful foot by holding, squeezing, manipulating, even
though I told him how painful it was to touch.
He said I could still wear shoes, but to tie the laces around the growth! I couldn’t believe he said that
because a shoe on a very painful growth, tied or not, is an unprofessional and ridiculous idea.

I’ve since seen another doctor. FIRST thing she did was X-ray the foot and found it was a cyst. I treated it myself and with two visits to Genesis for ultrasound therapy. Done.
My suggestion: Go elsewhere!

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of

Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important!
