They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance.

I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.
