Do not believe any of the 5 star reviews that have been faked by the secretary's friend. She is rude, impolite and unitil I paid my $30 copay she would not talk to meShe surely comes from a poor and needy family that money is important to her. The Dr. is very good, but he has to get rid this bad secretary if he wants to stay in business. I haven't ever felt that they care enough to get to know me and that I'm almost an irritation. The chairs in the waiting rooms were awful. They were the cheap plastic kind that hurt your back the instant you sit in them. They were far to arrogant to get any sort of outside advice, even though they knew they should. I was hoping to see someone that considered my safety more important than always having an answer. Every time they left the room, the staff would immediately begin complaining about how much they disliked working there. It made me nervous, and I didn't go back. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else.

The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here.
