Dr. Gurvis did a Bunionectomy a few years back and after 16 wk. of recovery he told me he would have to operate again. I went for a second opinion and was told by an orthopedist Dr. Gurvis took out to much cartilidge and it couldn't be repaired. Dr. Gurvis was so concerned he called me at home to ask what second opinion had to say. I was left with a big toe that doesn't touch the ground which throws off my balance. Dr. Gurvis is a butcher!!!!
