I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.
