This Dr told me I had bones spurs on one maybe two toes then no x-ray then did surgery and cut the first digit off my 3rd toe with out telling me found out when I got the bill.They put false statements in records and on the authorization form I was told she would fill out later I said make sure it says bone spur removal well it does not say that now and the time it started was 8:05 she put 11:03 when I left. Had I been told this Hammer Toe surgery was going to be done I WOULD OF NEVER done it I hurt all the time now worse then ever before.
