Recent Reviews
They want Co-pay even when you show them the explanation of benefit say no co-pay for preventive care. They collect Co-pay, then bill the insurance company for customer's co-pay. This is unethical as they are double billing to two different parties about the same bill.
I ask them for my Co-pay back after I show them my explanation of benefit. Since the insurance company has not pay them yet, they will not reimburse. Medical facility should not be charging Co-pay upfront if the insurance company explicitly is covered under the medical card.
