They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question.
