My appointment felt a little rushed. I understand that they are busy, but I would have liked a little more time. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. When the practice moved I was never notified and when I was there for my son's 4 year check up I was unable to get all my shots and I had to call several times to see if they had the shots in and receptionist were always rude. Needless to say I have found a new pediatrician that helps me with my son's needs.
