I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. The office was easy enough to find.

One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. I can see now why they specialized as a pediatrician, they were so kid friendly and made my child feel instantly comfortable. They made an extra effort to emphasize preventative care, and gave me a ton of information about child safety and nutrition. I felt like they genuinely cared about my child's health.

No, I was afraid they were going to forget something important

Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else

No, but we continue to see them
