I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I couldn't believe how patient they were with first-time mothers. It didn't matter how basic the first-time mother's question was, they were always happy to spend time explaining everything to them. After I told them that I didn't want my child to get certain vaccinations, they were very kind and considerate, and respected my decision. I really appreciated having a pediatrician that let me make what I felt were the right decisions for my child.
