They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for, which is cool considering it's a plastic surgeons office. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They diagnosed my condition very quickly. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting.
