Dr. Grosch is follow of the American College os Surgeons, and the American Academy of Otolaryngology. they are on staff at a number of area hospitals, includeing St. Josephs Medical Center in Burbank, Verdugo Hills Hosp. and Glendale Adventist, Glendale memorial all in Glendale, CA. In the 2010 Prestiges Pasadena Magazine Top Doctors award, Dr. Grosch was voted and won best ENT Surgeons by his peers.

Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office. It really disappointed me how rude and unfriendly the staff was. They make you feel like an intruder in the office! One thing that's been so annoying about Thomas M Grosch, MD, is that they always end up postponing my appointments. I'm usually not even notified that they're going to postpone it until less than an hour before my scheduled appointment. The magazines in their waiting room were so boring. It made my time in the waiting room drag.

Dr. Grosch may be the best doctor I've ever been to; he respects his patients, and is incredibly humble when it comes to his job. Unlike other doctors I have experienced before him, he does not perform unnecessary surgery to gain more profits. He is a very caring family man, and (from my experience) has made doctor visits pleasant. I highly recommend this doctor.


Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. The staff here goes out of their way to make you feel at home. They are truly genuine, friendly people.
