I've been a patient of Dr. Hermansen since 2000. Dr. Hermansen has been very nice and always takes time to answer my questions throughly. However, her staffs are very unfriendly over the phone. They don't seem to treat a return patient with courtesy. When I have an urgent need for a pain and hearing problem, I can't never be able to get to see the doctor right away or within a day or so. I have to wait until next week for any appointment with the doctor.
