I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place.

Dr. Katin is one of the best doctors I have ever had. He took immediate concern and interest to what an seemed extremely unusual issue - changing tastes and issues with smells. He troubleshot and was able to help me in 3 visits. He is very friendly and knows what he is doing. He shared greatly in my happiness when the issue was resolved. The staff was very pleasant as well and for the most part there was little wait time. Great job!
