I was a little disappointed at how helpful the staff was when I called with my questions and concerns. They definitely could have been more polite. The one thing I couldn't believe during my appointment was that they took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude. They are almost always unavailable. It was difficult to get an ideal appointment time that fit my schedule.
