A complaint of severe sinus and eye pain with nosebleed when descending on an airplane a week ago. Nosebleed has continued off and on, the pain (although less) continues. I made the mistake of using the phrase migraine and not sinus headache. All the Dr. did was put a light in the opening of my nose (not entering the nose itself) saw that the sinus was dry and diagnosed "Chapped" sinus. No endoscopy done for the upper sinus as this is where the pain is - my bill has the scope listed anyway. I felt totally brushed off. If the test had been performed as it was listed on my report, I may have a better idea of what I am dealing with. Now I have to begin again with a new doctor and another bill.
