Dr. Melvin Palalay is a nice enough guy. He is sweet, attentive & listens to your concerns WHEN you get to see him. But that does not by any mean make up for his VERY POOR ETHICS in professionalism. He is RARELY on time. He IS ALWAYS 3-4 hours behind schedule for NO GOOD REASON. When he's supposed to be seeing he's 11am patient he is just starting on his 9:30am patient. He offers no apologies when you're finally seen. Regardless of the frequent amount of times this has happened, KEEPS HAPPENING. This is Dr. M. Palalay's down fall as far as I can tell up till now. But it Is a MAJOR one! One that has cost him my loyalty. People want a doctor that care enough to be on time & at least offer an apology when they're running late. Especially if the doctor is gonna charge a $50 fee for ANY late/no show on appts. Then in turn it is only fair that patients reserve the same right to charge the doctor a $50 fee for the same reasons. Fair is fair.
