A doctor, especially one dealing with patients that have cancer should do their best (whether they like it or not) to be compassionate, caring and friendly. It is a traumatic experience, not only for the patient but her loved ones as well, to find out you have cancer and need to have a body part removed to get rid of it!

I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They barely passed on being polite enough. They were kind of friendly, but I wasn't really impressed. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here.
