Dr. Burnstine has proven himself to be incapable of diagnosing & treating neurological conditions. After several referrals for tests, he told me that he could not use the information from the test results for diagnosis or treatment. When I asked questions, he rolled his eyes and interrupted by exclaiming 'oh God' because he didn't want to explain why he wasn't able to use the test results for diagnosis and treatment. I told Dr. Burmstine that his reaction was inappropriate and unprofessional, and left the office in tears and refused to pay the co-pay. I will be filing a report with the AMA, all doctors are licensed through them.

They didn't listen to anything I had to say! Whenever I tried to get a word in, they either interrupted me or cut me off before I could finish. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. Most of the time, they don't call me back for quite a while, but they've called me back quickly once or twice. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. One thing that I don't appreciate, is that they close exactly at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not. I can't count on them to help me if I show up even a couple of minutes past their closing time.
