My appointments don't usually get canceled here, but it's not unheard of either. I never know, it's usually a 50-50 chance. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. It was difficult to find parking at their office. I had to look for a while and was almost late for my appointment. They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time.
