They went out of their way to address my issues and concerns. Dr was very informative and provided handouts. Even provide websites to learn more. Staff have been there for years not a revolving door like most offices

It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.
