They were somewhat easy to reach in an emergency. They didn't answer the call at first, but did eventually call me back. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. There definitely appears to be a trend of overbooking clients here. The wait has gotten longer and longer from when I first started seeing them. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything.

I think he is a good doctor but there is an older woman at the front desk who was very rude and unpleasant. I have talked to other patients who have had the same experience with her. I think she should be fired. Its a shame because he seems to know what he is doing.

The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. It was pretty hard to find the building, but I eventually found it.
