It will be helpful if Dr. Pollner arrange for a mystery shopper to see for herself how admin staff are critical to customer return.
As a patient, Dr. Pollner visit was informative, caring and satisfactory from a medical point of view. Ordered necessary tests to further diagnose my issues.

Areas that I experienced and professionalism:
Calling by tel to make an appointment: average, inconsistent and uncaring.
Office admin is poor/average.
The quest diagnostic service person was on a personal tel call and was quite irritated by my appearance for blood test. She was not kind and her demeanor was bad. She made few mistakes punching needle's holes and leaving my arms with big blue marks in trying to get blood samples. I have never experienced this poor service with quest Diagnostics in the past 8 years.
I was left for a long time on hold on 3 different calls. They just leave you waiting and I had to hang up and call again. The tele office person was just rude and did not want to have any desire to comfort me having asked to speak with the Dr.

I will not go back to this doctors office or recommend it.
I am still waiting for the doctor to call me back.
Perhaps the doctor can listen to the tele. conversation and see for herself.

They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. I wish it had been easier to locate. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable
