Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice.

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

No, they didn't seem to know much

Somewhat, I wasn't overly impressed
Were the staff members able to answer your questions?
The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions
